RATTLESNAKE MOUNTAIN 95X January 14, 2022

Rested from a slight illness, I got up late today, and thought of the food that I had in the past couple days. Sticking to my regimen of frugality, I motored to the fast food for the bargain fish burgers. With feeling better from all the diet soda, I motored to the local trailhead and bagged the Rattlesnake 95X. Seeing the portly older gentleman I ran into the last time, he had lost a good amount of weight. Peak bagging does burn the most calories, and some people can realize this. The trails had dried up nicely, and footing wasn't as much of a problem. Two hikers carried a baby, which I wouldn't recommend. One slip or fall, and the infant could get badly hurt.

Back to the car, I had leftover diet soda, so motored further to get some organic salad. Then to the superstore to get some items that I needed.

Home safely, it was a sunny bright day, with the promise of better days ahead. I had stayed in bed most of the day before, as I had a runny stomach. I can enjoy some of the best tech, with my computers and TVs.

Reminded of the time when I led ski mountaineering trips to the top of Pyramid Peak, one likely ill single parent requested to join the group with her baby in her backpack. I quickly saw that she was a poor skier, so refused attendance. This is an advanced tour, with many club people deluded into thinking it was within their ability. One skier claimed to be good enough, but he was a liar. He made it to the top, but as the style of the skiers in the chapter, couldn't do a single ski turn. He fell and flopped most of the way down, and even cut a finger from sliding into a tree. Another skier tagged along with two of us, but he was even a worse skier. His buddy sought to abandon him, forcing me to help guide him down. Falling hard is some punishment for their stupidity, as they so grossly misrepresent their ability.

Glad that it never went to a lawsuit, I see that there's so many liability hounds. They so stupidly fabricate their experience, and get in way over their heads. I now have to be cautious, about delusional people and hikers. Mostly the Club outings now are prohibited, as most people find them way over their abilities. I know some in this chapter maliciously disinform them, saying easy, or to just go.

Once, we were led on a ski tour over frozen Caples Lake. I let the deranged leader lead, and saw there was a prospect of falling through the ice. I carried my heavy pack, and thank goodness I didn't fall into the lake. They happily allow hateful, murderous people lead their trips, saying that the Club isn't responsible for accidents. Though this leader gets full acclaim from some in his obituary, I far outdid his supposed accomplishments. Most or all of them fail to have any proof whatsoever as to their claims, easy to snap a few photos of them at the claimed summit or destinations. While my photos and camera work are all ascribed to be fakes and photoshopped, so they go honor their frauds, all likely made-up trip accounts with nary even a pixel of proof.

With my long ago banned advanced peak section, I did pretty well. No rescues or accidents, and we all did it safely and successfully. I screened my trips, with the klutzs and nerds quickly excluded. Skills are vital, and most of the Club participants have none of those. I have been a fair judge of claims and the truth, so see to this day, the liars will claim to anything, as with my trips, there's a huge savings compared to hiring guides. I provide my personal bargain transportation, and highly experienced leadership and knowledge. Though for what reason people refuse my 50+ years of experience, so they go, to get hurt, lost, and even killed!
