ABOUT RENO, NV October 7-14, 2021

Still suffering from the lack of medication for my medical condition, forced by the uncaring staff of the local provider, I suffered with no energy for hiking. Mostly lying in bed for most of the days, I just stuck to my regimen of frugality. I got some food cheap, and reduced my daily expenses. On Saturday, I attended the downtown Italian Festival. Though I had once peak bagging companions that might be interested, not even with all expenses paid, would they ever want to team up with me. I was weak and slow, and sampled the pastas with sauces, and bought a money tree for $15, with convenience payment.

With no letter revoking my drivers license, and looking still indeterminate on medical approval, I continued to drive my zero emissions. My daily routine was to check my e-mail, motor into town or the local supercenter to get diet soda and food, then back home to enjoy my tech, with a safe and successful day.

Near the middle of the month, it is getting cold, so I broke down and turned on my heat, though it at first failed to work. I contacted the home warranty people, and they had what was wrong fixed, and now I have good heating for the entire house. With now comfort in my new home, I did webwork, sort of sorry for the millions who have none of this. I could take two roommates, with all they'd have access to, with technology, iPhone, and the best sound and free entertainment. That there's nobody, and then nobody for even paid hiking, so I surmise no one ever visits or ever cares to read my website.

With links posted on social media, then my license plate, that I never get messages from anybody, so hikers to this day get lost, hurt, and even killed. Myself with 50+ years of experience, and my so generous offers if anyone wished to team up, I tried as best as I can do this, and if death or going missing are their choices, so be it as with the enviro hiking club.

My plans for this coming cold season are to survive, and saving up some money, it's to be luxury meals at the best resort casinos. Hiking should anybody wish to team up, and also travel if anyone would ever wish to share. I have had bad times before, with Depression, and so to avoid any bigger hospital or medical bills. My income was assured to December by Congress, and to fret a bit about the catastrophe should the government default on it's entitlements.
