MAX'S LOOKOUT 12X June 30, 2021

To get webwork done, I had breakfast. With the cool of the morning, I did the hike to Max's Lookout 12X. Wild horses were in the way, but I made it up and back down. Going home, I did more webwork, and hungry, went for pho at a new eatery for me.

Back home, I was now enabled to load videos, by the host tech support, so I finished posting uncompleted videos back from the start of the month, so they all now play. Meaning to do more trail angeling, it started to rain, and then I became tired, so turned back. I stopped on the way home, to get treats and coffee. Then for sweets in groceries, and back home to tend to webwork.

With my energy smart home, I don't need to use the a/c. Hopefully, my summer and winter power bills will be so low. I have a new Energy Star appliance coming, with even more tech items to arrive. Though I now seek a personal loan for debt consolidation, the bank reps said to me that this would be likely. Then to apply for a home equity loan, and I can then pay off what debt over the next few decades at a super low interest rate. This should also finance the CyberTruck, due at the end of this year. Then, it will be drives closer or to the tops of the peaks, fun daily to do drive-ups with shorter climbs.

Still open to a roommate, I want the right person. No FSD with robotaxi networks yet, but this ought to be coming shortly. Massive gains in my investments are expected, and then what debt gets completely paid off. I give up on a wife or girlfriends, as the social media dating appears to be all fakes. Needing to lose more weight, I'm now down to 163 pounds. Failing to get handyperson help at $80-100/hour, not one neighbor will ever help with me and my home. I could fall off my roof, doing cam adjustments with my new ladder. Love to tie a rope to a rooftop anchor, so a self belay would be safe enough. One trip to the roof and I could do this with my new 25 foot rope.

Then to capture videos with my security cams of the sunrises and sunsets, with even time lapse for camera work beauty. Some then to be shared at my website, but with so few viewers, I mostly will enjoy it all by myself, I suppose.
