HIGHPOINT OF NORTH VALLEYS REGIONAL PARK 80X AND 81X July 31, 2021

With still the fact that my photos and videos won't load to display on my website, the web host had said a ticket regarding the issue had been submitted. I suppose staff may be on vacation, so a delay.

Having a light breakfast, I started early to bag the highpoint of North Valleys Regional Park 80X. My flagpole must have worked loose, as it was partially fallen over, so I restacked the rocks about the base, to be more secure. Good with this, I sauntered on back home, and relaxed with rest and food. Still getting junk messages, I downloaded an app to get rid of the spam. Sleeping, then back up at 11:45 a.m., I did webwork, and posted my initial post by 1:00 p.m.

The pain in my molar had subsided, so no ibuprofen for now, but it'll be three more days with my dental situation. Sore to chew with my remaining teeth, I'm losing weight, down to 155.8 pounds as seen on my digital weight scale. Fearful of nodding off at the wheel, I'm refraining from any longer drives to bag peaks, and also what medicated condition that may adversely affect my hiking or scrambling.

Having ice cream, this gave me energy to think of getting more exercise, and as it was cooler today, I walked again from home to bag the highpoint of North Valleys Regional Park 81X. It read 90 degrees in Reno at the time of my summit, but it's 800 feet elevation higher here. The clouds blocked out the hot sun, and there was a nice cool breeze.

After cleaning up at home, I resolved to get a nice dinner out. Motoring to the casinos, I ordered chow mein at $18. A large portion, I managed to gobble it up. I parked on the top floor of the garage, and let the dash cams run to capture the cloudy skies. Leaving $2.50 as tip, I had planned to bag the bumps at Huffaker Hills, but it started to rain. On my way home, it really poured, so a good call.
