THORTON POINT 20X February 27, 2021
Today was a fine day. With some wind, it was now a weekend. I was up early, to have some food. Then with chores all done, I took off to East Keystone TH, to bag Thorton Point 20X. The ascent went fine, and in short time, I made it to the top. No photos, but I did lots of video. On my way down, I ran into some bikers and a runner. I gave her my business card, but she was not interested in signing the new register book, that I just placed, in lieu of an old faded one, put there by someone else.
Seeing her run off, I took the easy way down. Her dog had come close to me, and I said that I could be dead tomorrow, from what that dog just did. With no symptoms yet today, I made it back down, with glorious sights.
With diet soda, I zoomed back on home. To get my mail, and tend to webwork. I went to bed early, as I had been up at 1 a.m. Then to get back up at night, to finish the post.
I mentioned online, that this was a good day to see Mt. Shasta from the top of Peavine Peak. One of these days, I will get the money shot. With super telephoto lens, all I have to do is to drive up on such a day. I did this a few times, during drought conditions. With the forthcoming CyberTruck, this will be fun. Not likely this year, with all the snow. While I can ski it, what is the use.
The expert for the Sacramento hiking Club, once said that what the H*** does it matter where you have been? I like the truth, not his never ending lies. He claims to summits, where he never was. Bragging loudly that he did it, I later found this to be totally untrue. A high ranked government worker, in some authority with certifications to be made, being an engineer, he signs off on complete fabrication, by him. The media adores him, with him given plenty of broadcast time. Sought out for statements, so many of them are lies and hate. He has said to me while on jury duty, he votes guilty by race. I can understand that the targets of his hate get prison and convictions unfairly. So the Club praises and supports him, with his never ending lies.
Working for the water board, watch out for his fraud. He may claim the water is safe to drink, with certification. There was the movie, Erin Brockovich. The PGE facility had polluted the ground water. At work, he mentioned this, that the holding pond was unlined. The water board had been involved, with a cease and desist order.
I may have spoken about him and his ways, with even the subject of the movie present. At a restaurant, another attorney got me to speak about it. At a nearby table, I remember a blonde mother with her kids, in hearing range. Not looking like her, as depicted as a cameo in the movie, it has weighed on my mind, that my comments may have convinced her to go on with the lawsuit.
Maybe my words could be some evidence, that the water board does this, with this engineer to sign off on whatever he is told to sign. He did mention that he obeys his orders. As so such people do as ordered, so pollution happens, and then people get sick. So went my time in the early 1990 period, as I recall.
Working then for the government, I saw and heard many things. Perhaps now deemed completely nuts, even hearing things by the doctor, so I am discredited. The way that they do things, with my testimony rejected, medically. As no one believes me anymore, so goes the government agitation. They can present what false testimony by the doctors, as with this engineer. Looking like professionals do as they do, so people even die, and the perps get away with murder.
As with Covid-19, it is no crime to even deliberately infect people. I spoke with the local police, and to refuse a mask or any social distancing, you will never suffer consequences. With now over 600,000 dead, so goes the Law. In other countries, they enforce common sense laws. Spread the disease, and you are fined or even arrested. So, in China, they do not wear masks anymore, mostly. In Wuhan, they reduced cases to zero.
We are a freedom country, so it is decided. What hundred thousand more will die, so people get their rights. Being educated and aware, I can only try to be safe myself. Wearing double masks and also a face shield, whenever I do business, I have tested negative 5X. So, in a few more days, instead of being dead, I get the vaccine, and to survive.
With a bright future, it is not suicide for me. People look to refuse safety, and still to this day, needless infections and death result. On my road trips and all, I see people without PPE or ever distancing. I can see why, the disease spreads and then kills. With their rights to die protected, so they so choose. Me, it is to be life, and shortly to be so wealthy, with then plenty of fantastic returns on my investments.
Family refused it all, so they get nothing. I do not reward them for hatred, then their personal stupidity. Offering a free Tesla to my brother, his emailed reply was to buzz off. Maybe an auto reply, but with never anymore messages, so my cars will never go, not to him should he outlive me, then also goes my estate. My biracial cousin also states to not want any of it, nor ever any good investment tips. Myself getting a 700% return, they all hate it.
Still with the prospect of even 5Xing your money, they refuse to even listen. I am on board, and wished them similarly. You can not force people to wealth, and so they have declined. Making no sense anymore, they claim happiness with near poverty or similar. I like to be able to afford what most people will refuse, as it costs too much. So, I get expensive art for my place, where they choose shabby apartments or homes in CA with the crime and pollution.
I like it where I am, with 100 mile vistas near all of the time. They choose unhealthy air, so I get fresh and clean. With cancers and all to result from such pollution, they have been offered, but clearly they refused. More and more people are choosing my town to live and work, with high paying jobs and luxury homes. I was smart, so chose where I now live. My investments reaped huge returns, and so they still go.
From sleeping on the street with two dollars to my name, so went my life. I offer free advice for anyone who will listen. Looking like refused by all family, so they go their own way.
