HIGHPOINT OF NORTH VALLEYS REGIONAL PARK 90X August 11, 2021

With things moving forward financially, I had an early breakfast of a sandwich. With smoke but fair enough air quality, I bagged the highpoint of North Valleys Regional Park 90X. I straightened out the flagpole, and enjoyed the early morning hike. With the now usual hazy vistas, I would rather to bag some Northern Sierra peaks, but a health advisory is in effect.

I got my mail, and home, relaxed. I soon received an e-mail that my cash out refinance was clear to close. I'd sign the papers in a couple more days, and then my credit cards would be paid off, I'd get some cash, and my mortgage at the same rate would now include property tax, home insurance, but not the HOA dues. With then the coming affordable monthly payment, this saves me a lot of money.

To celebrate, I looked for dinner. I made some sandwiches, then sought to get some good Chinese food. I found a place with plenty of parking off the main street, and got an old fav, with flavorful sauce and healthy veggies. Leaving a total of $15 for the bill, I now have found a good, cheap enough place for some Asian dining.

Hopefully, next month, they'll announce the new higher end computer, and I intend to get the best. To last me for the next many years, I will then be working in my bedroom with my newer computer desk. Over the winter, I figure to be there much of the time, using a space heater to warm the room, easily closed off. With my best sound bar, I'd have the best music.

The CyberTruck is delayed to 2022, and it may be 2023 before I get mine. They have over a million pre-orders to fill, but my present car is already zero emissions, so still great for road trips. By then, I hope they have FSD, so I keep the 3 to be used as a robotaxi, bringing in money. I do have this issue with my drivers license, but the NV DMV has been reasonable, and may grant an extension for my meds to be then checked off by the doctor. Refused service for treatment, I now have a new medical provider. Would it be with FSD, a car owner wouldn't anymore need to drive the car, instead to just set the destination and let the computer do the driving?
