LAS VEGAS DAY TWENTY SIX December 6, 2020

Lone Mountain 17X

Finished with the day before’s webwork, I got back to finances. I asked for a direct deposit by a credit card to pay off another card. Going to an ATM, I got more cash.

Off to Lone Mountain for my 17X, I took the direct route once again. Again, maskless morons blocked my way. They sat right on the route to the top, or right beside the summit. I waited till they moved, and then tended to the register. Signing in, I noted some artwork. Nothing like the quality some artist does, but such entries are rare.

Back down the easy way, I had to wait for slow, maskless hikers. Into the car, I did some social media business.

Motoring off to the I-15 Tropicana exit, I parked back in the free garage. The burger joint was full up, so I crossed the street to get to the fav casino. Ordering a meal, I had Chinese food, then a taco. Exploring the ice rink and upper floor, I took a bunch of photos. Rental and everything for skating runs some $30. I like to ice skate, but it’s just too much for the smaller ice rink. Going by the many closed restaurants, I went down a floor to order a cookie.

Back on the street, I bargained with showgirls, to pose for $5 each. Then to get another cookie, and then back to the car. With the dash cams running, I motored northbound on the Boulevard. Not spending too much today, I still have some cash for tomorrow’s showgirls.

Home, it was to the downloads, and falling asleep, I got back up past midnight. Doing the post, I have two movie clips. To now see if it uploads, as the software has been glitchy.

So, another safe and successful day, with my daily exercise, and fine dining. Maybe ten days to the vaccine, so for me, this’ll be over. Then carpools with whomever, to grand destinations for scenery and hiking. There was another climber at the apartment, and we chatted for a long while. He lives in Reno, and was visiting.

I had to deal with probable fakes, as they refuse video chat. Seems that either most people refuse this, even for pay. Or the account is fiction, and so it goes with social media. No luck with dating either. Photos can be stolen and reposted, to provide an illusion. I see nice photos of young women, but none of them ever video chat.

If ever married, I’d require a pre-nupt. In the past, hikers told me of getting married, to have the wife file for divorce the next day, and then claim half the property. Also they get locked out of the house, and the joint bank account raided and emptied. There’s such a thing as gold diggers, women just looking for suckers. If ever getting a faithful and good wife, they seem to be pretty rare. Most marriages end in divorce, so be wary of most women.

I’m a photographer and videographer, so a beautiful wife to be used in my peak bagging and travel videos might bring in ad revenues. On You Tube, they get millions of subscribers, which translates into good money. Likely never, as I’m sort of an ugly guy by many. Glasses, missing teeth, and now liver marks, and wrinkles aplenty. Unsightly billionaires get playmates of the year, but I’m just a poorer person.

In decades, with my investments, I may be worth half a million, if everything goes right. If I pass on, the wife would get it all. No kids, as they’re the worse thing that you can do for the environment, since they grow up to consume world resources and pollute. With the social media dating app, if I see they have kids or smoke, it’s an automatic NO.

I need a “with it” person, and a climber and an adventurer. Being old, I may have some 20 years to go. When I can no longer hike, it’ll be to motor to the top or what views. I’ll have 16” clearance, and the best pickup ever made!

Movie clips.
