HIGHPOINT OF NORTH VALLEYS REGIONAL PARK 110X, MAX'S LOOKOUT 13X September 11, 2021

Up early, I made bacon and eggs for breakfast. Then to walk from home to bag the local bump 110X. Going then to the fast food for diet soda, I then decided with the cooler morning temperatures, to hike to Max's Lookout. This took me some 35 minutes, and on my return, ran into another hiker with that as her destination, then to make a big loop. Glad to see other hikers interested in this goal, I wasn't unlucky, and didn't have any accident or misfortune. I stayed careful on my steps downward, and as usual, made it back without any slip. Then to the buffet bar to get a good healthy organic salad.

Pleased with the hiking today, I gave a dollar to some firemen asking to fill their boot. Back home by the main street, I'd post the photos and story by 2:40 p.m. Anxious a bit to await the computer company event to see if they announce a new computer that I'd buy immediately, I also have to prepare for a big medical exam, as well. This requires a special diet for a couple days beforehand, and I hope to get it over with safely and successfully. Then to deal with my other license issue, and hopefully get that resolved. I had more food at home, then settled down to sleep well.
