HIGHPOINT OF NORTH VALLEYS REGIONAL PARK 79X July 30, 2021

Wasting my time with what looks like Club harassment, I saw the light and blocked the probable malice posing as friendship. A phony address, excuses with no merit, caused me to use an app to block these calls and messaging. I had a light breakfast, and then took off to bag the highpoint of North Valleys Regional Park 79X. Because I was delayed, it was warmer than I am used to for this local hike.

Back home, it was to take a cold shower and try to find a dentist to fix my teeth today. No luck, in trying every last dentist, as it was a Friday, so impossible to get quick treatment for my tooth pain. I slept on this, with a texting conversation with my financial officer at the online finance company. Back up, I sought to get ibuprofen for my tooth pain, but as it was, there was a long line at the pharmacy. I went to the drive thru, as I could then sit in my car, with music, a/c, and using my phone comfortably. This all took near two hours to get the pain killers.

Home, I was seeming to be grogged up from the pills, so rested in bed, and got the news. No satisfactory answer understandable from the finance company officer, and then it was after hours. Some people can't do simple plain English, in a way that I was cleared of doubt. Due to his computer glitch, it was impossible to communicate by a phone call.

Concerned that I could have been infected with the new virus variant, I had a symptom of tiredness. I had some food, drinking mostly water and diet soda. With both vaccine shots, there's talk of a third booster shot to be given to us older folks, and a really slight chance of even death. Time to get back to isolation, and refraining from closer contacts, they have instituted a new mask mandate in places. With now constraints on using my credit cards, I've cut the spending, and use cash for payments. Paying the bills and not to get to overdrafts is my concern, now.

A few days ago, I received a whopping big bill for property tax. The finance company may include the taxes and home insurance in my hopefully forthcoming refinance and new mortgage. I also got an estimate for the coming dental bill. As my investments are projected to really jump up in 18 months, I won't be selling to get the money, and just seek a higher sum for available cash out.

With never good partners for a big road trip to see the USA, the plan is to wait to go solo, once I get the op, and also after settling my finances, then back to spending wth credit. Once I get a home equity loan, I pay off this debt at low interest rates over even 30 years. I have my plans for future income, to pay off all my debts in several years. Slim chance of any roommates, so I'll rely on FSD coming to reality, and then to use the car as a robotaxi service. My future depends heavily on technology.
