HIGHPOINT OF NORTH VALLEYS REGIONAL PARK 76X AND 77X, RATTLESNAKE MOUNTAIN 67X, TWIN PEAKS, July 27, 2021

With less smoke visible this early morning, I discovered a new package on my doorstep. They shipped me a new stainless steel pole for the flagpole that I had placed. With food for breakfast, I set out to bag the highpoint of North Valleys Regional Park 76X. I added a pole section, but noted that the flag was pretty tattered. Back home, I motored out to bag the Rattlesnake 67X, and then Twin Peaks, on hearing the air quality alert was now only at stage 1 (unhealthy for sensitive groups).

Then to get diet soda and fries, then a jelly donut and a hot dog on the way to get a new flag. I had to go to the flag store in Sparks, NV, breaking my boycott. By a quick look, they didn't carry confederate flags. I chose a nylon flag, as I'd get another replacement from the online retailer as it is cheaper and better, there.

Back to the parking lot for bagging the highpoint of North Valleys Regional Park for my 77X, it was windy, but I managed to replace the flag nicely. With video to mark the occassion, I sauntered back to the car, and went on home.
