THORTON POINT 61X July 24, 2021

Up early to do my webwork. I posted by early morning. I poured almond milk over the Swiss cereal and had a light breakfast. Smoky today, and doubtless smoke everywhere, I got my daily exercise by bagging Thorton Point 61X. Home, I relaxed with my air filter going strong, then went for groceries and food. With lunch and then going to sleep, I had my music playing.

Enjoined by the finance company not to charge up my credit cards, I got $140 in cash, and so made my purchases. With websites out, I wasn't able to retrieve some documents. To move forward on my conditionally approved cash out and refinance, it looks to have to wait till Monday for the websites to be operating normally. Ransomware attacks have been occurring, and though I am protected with security software, major companies are not by the looks of it.

For now, I will deal in cash, and keep expenses down. With no Supercharging, I will have to keep the driving down below what I can charge at home. I can set the range to 322 miles, so enough to get to Old Station (130 miles one way) and back. Thru hikers will be accommodated! Though to pick up hikers in Sierra City, then transport them all to Old Station, this exceeds my range without an enroute charge. I'd have to get a charge in Susanville (261 miles with hills via Sierra City to Old Station from home), and their Superchargers aren't due till August. I guess the charge won't be a lot, so I might still charge this to a credit card, as it's the only way to pay. I think they mean major purchases, so I ought to be good, there. Though with only destination chargers presently, this'd mean a long wait to charge enough to get back home. Estimating three hours at 35 mph charging, I can do other things on my phone as I wait, perhaps even a movie. Great then to have the best tech!

Going out for dinner, I looked at the window displays nearby the eatery. I paid cash with a near $3 tip.

Cruising back home along South Virginia Street, I have time to edit and post videos.
