HIGHPOINT OF NORTH VALLEYS REGIONAL PARK 72X July 16, 2021

Up early, I'd thought that I'd get a new dryer delivered and installed today, so I had to be home. Dieting with a light breakfast, I got started before dawn. Bagging the highpoint of North Valleys Regional Park 72X, this gives me the time to be here when they deliver the dryer. Checking, the dryer was to arrive on another day, later, so being aged and forgetful, I wasted my time. Going to downtown, I bought a new 30% off parka. Then to get a light meal for dinner, I saw the new window displays by the restaurant.

Home, I had dessert. To music and the news, my upstairs rooms were cool enough due to my window coverings, with no a/c turned on.

Today, I e-signed documents to get a cash out refinance to pay off my huge credit card debt. My mortgage would be the same rate, and I get the money for a new computer. I had to celebrate with a good meal, and in 45 days or so, I'd see if I get the money. I pay off the debt at an historically low interest rate, and in the next 30 years. Largely, the debt was incurred for things for the new home, as appliances, all Energy Star compliant, and more insulation for the double paned windows. I should have no energy bill for any a/c or heating from now on. I did also live it up while in Las Vegas, with $100+ meals and many $70+ dinners.

With no such things in Reno, NV, I'd be safe from spending. I did give away a T shirt to some needy person by the freeway.
