HIGHPOINT OF NORTH VALLEYS REGIONAL PARK 85X AND THE CAR SHOW EVENT August 6, 2021

With a stage 1 air quality alert, I had my usual light breakfast, then bagged the highpoint of North Valleys Regional Park 85X. I noted that the flag was missing from afar, so to investigate, I saw the flag had become detached from the flagpole. The clips had worked loose, so I reattached the flag to the pole.

Home, I ate some avocados, then left to get new rings with better clips at the flag store. I also got some chocolate almonds, then also ate a hot dog as I was in Sparks along East McCarran. Then to downtown, I saw an event was happening, so I parked, and sauntered over to Virginia Street, with art along Fourth Street. Some cars were displayed, with event booths. I support these events, so had some chicken on a stick, then snow cones. I also bought some beef jerky.

Walking south to the Virginia Street Bridge, I captured some sights. Lots of smoke in the air, so I got back to my car, and left for home. With my money spent, I had food for home, rings for the flagpole, and my new T shirt. Stuffed, I ate nothing more this day, but drank water with getting the news. To be hazy with what air quality for the next few days, it's to stick about home, with never any partners say for a road trip to San Francisco or where the air would be better.
