Calico Overlook Trail

Uploading videos to be done while I was out for the day, I saw it had been completed as I had dinner this night. In the morning, I had to get power, and initially, I was going to do another road trip. I did not have my sodas in a cooler, so decided to leave it till later. Also, no laptop in my trunk. To the Supercharger, I did not get any food, so I stopped for a breakfast up Charleston Boulevard.

Continuing on the street, I saw cyclists and sights on my way to the free overlook. Backtracking to do a hike, I arrived to the Red Springs TH, to see what to do. Choosing the trail to the Calico Overlook, it read short, so no pack or pee bottle.

Rock climbers graced the cliffs as I hiked up the trail, with plenty of photos of the sights. The trail went on for more than any 1.5 miles or any loop to be seen. I finally came to the Calico Hills trailhead, in the park, without any fee or reservation. I had my NPS pass, but no rangers asked for anything. Using the facility, I took a few photos, and headed back. More sights of the rocks and climbers, and I topped a small hill by the start.

Back to the car, I motored off to the Strip after going home. I had made reservations to get a luxury dinner. Parking in the free garage, I walked over the bridge to the casino, with photos. I got the best table with a view over the Boulevard, so pleased, ordered salad and ramen, then dessert. I would spend $75 with tip for such a fine meal, with nobody to be seated near me for potential infection. I ran some video of the sight of the street, with lights as typical of the fav spot for me along the Strip.

No showgirls available for photos, and as I have so little paper cash, did not gamble. Back to the Mall, there were great deals. Maybe for me, an Armani suit, which I would get at the luxury mall before I finally leave town. I am spending on credit, which will be covered later by a loan. No CES, as indicated by many signs, as I would like to see what is new in electronics, but it is being held online.

At the casino bar, I saw a tall, gorgeous woman in jeans, who I suspected wanted to get money for services, or just a beautiful, single girl having a good time in Vegas. Giving her a fast up and down, I was on my way to use the restroom, so did not stop or note any hint of any availability. She gave me a brief look, but on my return, she was gone.

Dating on social media, only one girl ever video chatted, and I had to block her, as she wanted money for a job which she did not do (video chat). Sort of overweight, and with maybe issues, the block was satisfying. I paid her $8 or so for her time with a shorter video chat previously. On another session, I was completely ignored, with her doing other things as I waited on the chat.

With a coming road trip, this could be my last big night in Vegas, and I have to see about the apartment reservation to cancel. I would have to load all of my things as I toured further into the Southwest for another week, at motels, but I would save some money.

My table had four bars of 5G, also, but my 4K videos did not load immediately. I made sure that I was not connected to the casino Wi-Fi, as I was told it slows it down. Disappointed, what did play was so sharp and clear!

Looks like the singles capitol of the world never got me any peak bagging/hiking companion or hardly a friend. I had offered a free ride for my last road trip, but being a holiday, was declined. No time for this start of the new week to post a job offer or provide a free road trip.
